The worst ISP that I ever subscribed to was Ozemail but the problems I had were back in 1998 on dial-up so they're not relevant now. There are far worse ISPs now but I'll never subscribe to them. Nor will I recommend them to my customers. I can't agree that BigPond is the worst.
