Hi all, just upgraded our fibre BB from 500mbs to the new 1gig service, which comes with the new superb 4. Always used our previous 500 service in modem mode with an ASUS AC88u doing the heavy lifting. Tried to connect the hub 4 in the same manner and can't get the ASUS to connect at all, red ligh With the hub in router mode connect your tplink ac1750 in router mode WAN port to the hub bottom ports with only that connected to the hub all other devices connect to your tplink ac1750 and you should have internet. go to 192.168.100.1 and change the hub to modem mode wait 5mins if no internet power off the hub for 2mins and try again.
